New : the cost-efficient LC light tablet coater by Lödige Process Technology
Lödige Process Technology presents an entirely new model range of tablet coaters: The LC light series, which is characterized by its standardized design.
This new Lödige coater range is positioned next to the existing LC series which is well appreciated for its
- high degree of filling level variability without drum replacement, due to the extremely low height of the mixing elements.
- Even coating and short process times due the high number of mixing elements and nozzles.
- High drying effectiveness due to the even air distribution throughout the entire drum length.
- Optimized air routing, which prevents spray drying, increases service life for campaign production and reduces the cleaning workload.
- Sophisticated cleaning system
Whereas the coaters of the LC series are most of the time adapted to the specific needs of the customer, the coaters of the LC light series are very standardized.
This standardization results in a considerable price reduction for the customer and reduces significantly the delivery times for the LC light series compared to customized special machines.
The new LC light series machines are available in three sizes and designed for standard film coating processes, i.e. for both water-based and organic coating. These completely insulated coaters permit fully automatic production including recipe management.
The high quality nozzle arm is supplied by the German specialist manufacturer Düsen-Schlick GmbH. It has a pivot function, simplifying access to the drum and speeding up filling and discharge. Moreover, the machines are equipped with a WIP system by default. Other options are limited to individual air system modules, an ATEX design and qualification documentation.
This newly developed, standard models are the perfect solution for customers in the food industry or companies specialized in the production of nutritional supplements, sports nutrition or generic medicinal products. Nevertheless these cost-efficient film coaters position themselves at the highest level of technological development offer time-tested Lödige quality.
